Zaid is a Learning Innovation Specialist with over 15 year’s experience in tertiary education and corporate education.

1Who should take this course?
Everyone interested in learning techniques in positive thinking to achieve in personal and professional success is invited. All learning levels are welcome. No prior knowledge and skill is required.
2What study materials are included with my ticket purchase?
You will receive an event goodie bag and a one-page handout. All presentation slides will be shared digitally.
3What can I expect during the workshop?
Workshop attendees will take part in an interactive learning experience composed of individual and group sessions. These include a lecture and in-depth discussion of topics, relevant activities, fun games, and group work.
4Do I need to bring anything on the day of the workshop?
You won't need to bring study materials as you will be provided stationaries on the day of the event. You can bring a light snack if you wish. (No meals will be covered as this is only a half day workshop.)
5How do I access my purchased ticket?
No tickets will be given but you will have a reserved slot under your name. Just sign in for attendance at the event site and then receive your goodie bag.
6Can I buy tickets on-site on the day of the workshop?
No. You will not be able to buy tickets on-site on the day. Purchase of the ticket is only available today as this is a special Christmas Exclusive.
7Can I get a refund if I don’t make it to the workshop?
Although your complete satisfaction is valued greatly, all ticket purchases are considered final and non-refundable due to limited availability. Upon purchase, your seat is automatically reserved and counted.
8Can I join another session if I don’t make it to my scheduled one?
No. Your ticket is only applicable for the session you booked as seats are limited.
9Can someone else take my slot if I don’t make it to the workshop?
Sure! Let us know beforehand by sending us an e-mail with this purpose before the day of event. State the name of the person you want to take your slot and we will send you back a written permission.
