| Your can apply via online thru our website or download the application form and fax the completed form along with membership fee bankin slip to our office fax number at 03-6251 3235 OR scan and email to email: rnadynamicresources@gmail.com. |
| 2. Upon successful application, how and when will I receive My Handy Privilege Card? |
a) Your membership card will be ready and sent to your mailing address in approximately 1 – 2 weeks.

| The membership fee is valid for one years or 12 months. |
| 4. What kind of services will a member enjoy? |
| As a member you will enjoy membership privilege discounts and rewards on most common maintenance services and at our merchants. |
| 5. What other services that member can enjoy? |
Apart from core maintenance services, member also can enjoy services and parts discounts on pest control, auto gate installation/repairs, mover transportation services, landscaping, turfing works,appliance repair, minor renovation and many more*. | 6. As a member,how do I make appointment for maintenance and new installation service request? |
a) Member are required to make appointment 1 weeks ahead before the actual date for maintenance and new installation work request.
b) Our customer service centre will call you back on the confirmation on when and who will attending to your request with specific job order number. |
| 7. Will I be entitled to the member’s services discount if I not able to show My Handy Privilege card ? |
| No. The membership card has to be presented before the Service Technician to start work to enjoy the discounts. |
| 8. Is the membership card transferable? |
| No. The membership card is non-transferable. Each membership card are tied to 1 residential or commercial property. |
| 9. How do I notify a change of address or personal particulars? |
| 10. What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged? |
| Please notify us in writing and enclose a RM30.00 cheque payable to R&A Dynamic Resources (M) Sdn Bhd as replacement fee. |
| 11. What happens to my membership fee if I did not use any of the membership card benefits for the whole year of being a member? |
| 30% of your membership fee will be carried forward to next year upon membership renewal request and member to top up the rest based on the new membership fee structure. |
| 12. How will I be updated of events, promotions and activities? |
| Members can receive information on events, promotions and activities through our website and/or direct/electronic mailers. |
| 13. Can I renew my membership after my card expires? |
| No. You may apply for a new card and receive new welcome vouchers and enjoy more member’s discount and benefits. |
| 14. Does this membership program is valid to those out of Klang Valley? |
| Currently this membership program only valid around Klang Valley Area. We will expand our membership program to main cities soon. Please visit for our website for news bulletin. |
| 15. What is your refund policy? |
| The company will refund 50% of the membership fee if the member decide to cancel their membership within 30 days from registration date and none of the membership privileges used which includes the membership discount voucher within the 30 days. |
